- Responsible for set up, operation and management of water treatment systems/rentals on client sites.
- Manage paperwork and record keeping related to branch operations.
- Operate, monitor and maintain water filtration systems in compliance with customer needs and provincial regulations.
- Perform routine inspections, sampling, testing, and record keeping of treatment processes and equipment.
- Conduct bi-weekly and/or monthly pickup truck pre-inspections and log book if applicable .
- Liaise with customers, company personnel, and contact customers on a regular basis to ensure a consistently high level of service is being provided.
- Ensure all new staff complete the required orientation and safety courses in addition to receiving all appropriate technical training in a timely manner (the supervisor may train new employees personally, or may designate one or more senior technicians to provide training, or a combination of both).
- Monitor, confirm and sign off on all timesheets and provide to the Branch Manager for further sign off.
- Dispatch appropriately trained field service employees to perform appropriate field tasks and service requests to optimize field performance and scheduling.
- May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.
- 5+ years' experience operating water treatment systems, including environmental approvals in discharge criteria
- Technical writing skills and knowledge.
- Excellent written, verbal communication.

- Previous supervisory or leadership role.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
