  • Product and Agronomic Support:
  • Collaborate with retailers and distributors to provide expert agronomic advice on product selection and usage.
  • Conduct field visits and trials to evaluate product performance and deliver data-driven recommendations to growers.
  • Business Development and Sales:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including distributors, retailers, and growers, to drive product sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand market.
QualificationsTo succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:
  • Education & Experience:
  • A degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in agronomy, agricultural sales, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management software is an asset.
  • Key Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • A proactive mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories to meet client needs and conduct field visits.
