- Develop and maintain relationships with facility and property management teams
- Coordinate emergency and reactive service needs across multiple client locations
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for service work, retrofits, and upgrades
- Maintain CRM data and service reporting to track project history and trends
- Act as a consultative partner on compliance, permitting, and signage life-cycle planning
- Lead contract negotiations, project bids, and service agreements for multi-location clients
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for large-scale signage programs
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- 5+ years of experience in strategic account management, sales, or business development within signage, facility management, or retail sectors
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Understanding of multi-location business operations and brand consistency
- Organized, responsive, and customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of building systems, permitting, or service contracts (an asset)
