- Salary 55-72K, with possibility of +, depending on experience ;

- Receive, by phone or in person, customers with eagerness.
- Open repair orders by indicating the information related to the vehicle to be repaired.
- Book appointments according to workshop availabilities
- Record the client's requests on the Worksheet, one operation per request. Always indicate the Repair code (Repair Type).
- If necessary, provide estimate costs by examining the components of the trucks (under the truck, inside the hood or elsewhere) and provide this information to customer.
- Notify the customer whether the manufacturer's warranty is covered or not.
- Agree with the customer on the method of payment for repairs.
- Keep the customer informed when parts that are necessary for the repair are on back order.
- Promote preventive maintenance programs, specials or any other appropriate products and services for the customer's vehicle.
- Close the repair order once it has been verified by the workshop foreman, and assign the costs to the customer, the warranty or a request for a good agreement policy.
- Receive, install tags, maintain cleanliness and drive trucks ;
- Communicate with the foreman and technical advisor ;
- Support, if necessary, for the filing of documents.
- French (intermediate level) and English (intermediate level) - speak and write.
- Frequency of English: daily for communications with clients outside Quebec for repair needs.
- Customer-service oriented ;

- Knowledge of heavy equipement mechanics (bonus) ;
- Experience in interpreting warranties specific to the trucking industry (bonus).
