For more information about Goodyear and its products, go to .Overview and Project Tasks/ResponsibilitiesThis role offers a comprehensive development experience through a series of three-month rotational assignments, shadowing key leaders including a Process Engineer, Health and Safety Manager, Plant Optimization Leader, and Business Leader. During these rotations, you will engage in hands-on learning activities, contribute to plant optimization projects, and apply problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies aligned with business objectives. You will prepare detailed reports demonstrating your understanding of manufacturing processes, support functions, and technical knowledge of equipment and systems within designated areas. Each rotation will include a challenge assignment to reinforce learning and practical application. Additionally, you will complete targeted management and leadership courses designed for entry-level managers, ensuring a strong foundation for future leadership roles.​At the successful conclusion of the first year of the MLDP program, the candidate would then be typically assigned to a one year assignment as a Shift Operations Manager.Requirements:
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree or three year certificate in engineering, business management or related discipline.
  • Must be geographically mobile upon completion of the two year program.
  • Candidates should be highly energized and self-motivated with experience working with teams to implement change and be adept at communicating with all levels to get everyone on board.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Personal computer skills in a networked environment.
