We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Report Developer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and building intuitive dashboards that support strategic decision-making.What you will be doing:Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and other BI toolsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutionsWrite and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sourcesImplement advanced Tableau features such as Level of Detail (LOD) expressions, action filters, and user filtersConsolidate and transform raw data into meaningful insights that support business decisionsCommunicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadershipParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesContinuously monitor and improve reporting performance and data accuracyWork closely with Data Engineers to ensure data models support reporting needsWhat you must have:Must have Reliability Clearance or eligible obtain clearanceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field2–3 years of hands-on experience with SQL or other data manipulation languages2–3 years of experience developing dashboards and decision-support tools using Tableau and other BI platformsProven ability to build end-to-end BI solutions, including complex calculations and advanced dashboard techniquesStrong understanding of data transformation and consolidationAbility to synthesize data from multiple sources to uncover business trends and opportunitiesExperience presenting insights and analytics to senior leadershipFamiliarity with Agile methodologies is an assetAdaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environmentTechnical Skills???Proficiency in Tableau dashboard and report developmentSolid understanding of data modeling and experience collaborating with Data EngineersNice to Have:Working knowledge of SQLExperience with Amazon QuickSightFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
