- Provides client relationship support with a focus on solution delivery and engagement identification
- Consults with Client Service Team to develop well defined account plans on services and opportunity identification
- Supports development of new contacts and leverages market opportunities
- Conducts ongoing client service needs analysis
- Develops a detailed strategic Business Development plan
- Creates and manages client development programs that support relationship building
- Works closely with Regional Managing Partner to identify Business and Relationship Development priorities
- Maintains and supports internal databases and systems
- Maintains flexibility to travel
- PMP certification is considered an asset
- 2 to 4 years of business development experience
- Professional services industry experience, including corporate writing experience is considered an asset
- Strong presentation skills
