Remote Flexibility: Hybrid Remote FlexibilityOur client, a leading law firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Law Clerk to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, complex litigation matters for a major client, supporting a team of six lawyers on a high-volume file. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing sophisticated e-discovery processes and contributing to overall file strategy and organization.Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide primary support to one lawyer while collaborating with a broader team of six lawyers on a large client file
- Manage complex litigation files with significant e-discovery components
- Oversee document production processes involving large volumes of data
- Utilize platforms such as Relativity to manage document review and discovery workflows
- Organize and translate database outputs into materials for examinations and litigation strategy
- Design and maintain file structures and implement effective tracking systems
- Coordinate workflows, deadlines, and priorities across complex files
- Support lawyers with file management, organization, and case progression
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
- 5–8 years of litigation law clerk experience
- Strong experience in complex litigation with large-scale e-discovery
- Advanced knowledge of discovery tools and platforms, including Relativity
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume document productions
- Experience building file architecture and managing workflows independently
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
