As an operations coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of logistics operations, maintaining the fluidity of both physical and information flows. Both in terms of receiving, preparation, and shipping from the Distribution Centers and Sorting Yards for recreational products located in North America.YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:Ensure the day-to-day coordination of two operational teams.Coordinate the allocation of resources based on forecasts and operational constraints, ensuring that objectives are met by the teams and partners.Collaborate with supervisors and business partners who operate the distribution centers and sorting yards, and maintain daily relationships with them.Participate daily in achieving objectives in partnership with the internal transport and order management teams.Adopt a proactive, structured approach to critical situations, ensuring continuity of operations.Implement and execute operational KPIs and propose corrective actions.The position offers considerable freedom to develop and structure improvement opportunities.Work in partnership with the Quality Specialist to share the execution of annual site audits and establish corrective action plans as needed.Ensure compliance with the various standards required for the different sites: CTPAT, Health and Safety, etc., by regularly managing governance.All other tasks related to the duties and objectives of the position.YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:A Bachelor's degree or DCS in Logistics or Administration (or other related fields) with relevant experience.Relevant experience in supervising employees.Travel required up to 25% of the time to sites in North America.
