- Work closely with the National Account Managers to initiate direct approaches and build relationships of trust with Association members.
- Understand the master agreement and the products offered.
- Promote our various products and advantages by phone so that members begin sourcing from RONA.
- Provide customer support to help clients purchase the desired products.
- Identify the appropriate internal partners to delegate local sales opportunities.
- Be responsible for communicating the main clauses and discounts granted to the client’s account to all the stakeholders include in the relationship with the member.
- Ensure that the information in the CRM is accurate to facilitate contact by our internal partners (store and external sales team).
- Assign members (PRO clients) to the right internal resources in Salesforce (CRM).
- Has more than 3 years of experience in inside sales role and solution selling over the phone.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is committed to achieving key performance indicators by identifying and leveraging new opportunities.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce – an asset.
- Able to work independently to achieve objectives and effectively as part of a team.
- Respects deadlines, pays attention to detail, and demonstrates strong organizational skills.
