- Lead the development and launch of the company’s boiler equipment sales division in British Columbia
- Drive equipment sales across the province, with a primary focus on the Lower Mainland
- Work with the leadership team to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the new boiler line
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanical contractors, engineering firms, and other industry stakeholders
- Work closely with internal engineering and technical support teams throughout the specification and sales process
- Identify market opportunities, support project specifications, and convert opportunities into sales
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to senior leadership to support long-term growth and product strategy
- Proven experience in boiler and/or hydronics equipment sales within the HVAC industry
- Strong understanding of the BC market, particularly the Lower Mainland
- Established relationships with contractors and consulting engineers
- Demonstrated ability to build and grow a business unit or product line
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset
- Leadership experience or readiness to step into a people-management role
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is an asset
