- Supervising various aspects of the local retail branch
- Assisting the Branch Manager in all aspects of the business including growing and developing the team.
- Willing and able to perform each of the roles at the Branch and understanding that cross training is fundamental to the Branch’s success
- Working closely with the Roofmart Sales Team to provide support and build strong, long-term relationships with existing customers as well as assist in the development of new customers
- College Diploma (in Business/Sales/Marketing preferred) and/or 3 or more years of successful warehouse/retail management, sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to travel
