- Work closely with Practice Leaders and Consulting Partners to develop client proposals, including research, writing, and presentation design.
- Support the preparation of executive briefings, sales collateral, and client workshop materials.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet proposal deadlines and contribute to shaping winning solutions.
- Conduct competitive and market research to inform go-to-market efforts in Cloud, Applications, and Data & AI.
- Assist consulting leadership with the execution of strategic initiatives, including pipeline tracking, partner engagement, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, and Delivery teams to drive visibility for priority offerings and capabilities.
- Track and report on key metrics related to business development and practice growth.
- Take ownership of key workstreams, coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive progress.
- Join the Junior Consultant track and contribute to early-stage consulting engagements, under the mentorship of senior consultants.
- Support consulting teams with analysis, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and quality review of deliverables.
- Build foundational knowledge in cloud platforms, application modernization, and data analytics use cases.
- Manage monthly invoicing, funding incentives, and rebate tracking from CSPs (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Google).
- Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate rebate flow and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain up-to-date records and compliance documentation related to CSP programs.
- Monitor incentive eligibility and submission timelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in consulting, business development, or a professional services environment.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create polished, client-ready content.
- Proven consulting fundamentals: problem-solving, research, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Jira).
- Interest in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise technology trends.
- Exposure to cloud transformation, data strategy, or application modernization topics.
- Familiarity with consulting methodologies and partner ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, AWS).
