We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and solution architecture.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and CI/CD automation using Salesforce DX.
This role requires strong technical leadership, the ability to guide developers, and a proven track record of building scalable, optimized Salesforce solutions integrated with multiple external systems.Role Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development activities with a minimum of 8 years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
Utilize Git-based version control for collaborative development and release management.
Work with Salesforce DX and CI/CD toolsets for automated deployments and development workflows.
Develop and enhance solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Integrate Salesforce with multiple external systems, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and intermediate developers, and provide guidance for complex technical problems.
Collaborate closely with Tech Leads, Architects, and business stakeholders to support solution design, trade-off decisions, and technical feasibility.
Act as a trusted technical advisor during grooming sessions, solution design discussions, and delivery cycles.
Work on solution optimization, performance improvements, and scalability enhancements.
Manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional environments.Essential Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DX CI/CD toolset.Desirable Skills
3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and implementation experience.
Working knowledge of Tibco to collaborate with Tibco teams and resolve integration issues.
