Join our collaborative team and contribute to impactful projects that support our digital evolution.We are seeking a driven, curious and solution-oriented IT Business Analyst to support the growing demand for digital transformation initiatives across our corporate functions. This role will be instrumental in delivering impactful projects.As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the corporate functions such as Communications, Legal, HSE and more to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements and help implement scalable, user-centric solutions.Your roleAs a member of the IT Applications Delivery team, your responsibilities will be to:
  • Partner with corporate functions and business units to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for new and evolving IT solutions.
  • Support solution design by documenting processes, workflows, system specifications, integrations, configurations, and data requirements.
  • Contribute to testing activities by developing test cases and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and change management activities to support solution adoption.
  • Manage backlogs and work prioritization.
  • Collaborate with product owners, project managers, developers, and architects across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
  • Analyze and validate data to support solution design, data mapping, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance standards
  • Enable adoption of enterprise applications and Microsoft 365 technologies
  • Measure adoption and usage post implementation and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Support users by providing training, end user technical assistance, and ongoing support in accordance with ITSM best practices
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects
  • Bilingualism (French and English) *
  • Customer and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act as a change agent
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • * Member of the Canadian or Global Leadership Team: This position requires knowledge of a language other than French, namely English, as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.
