- Partner with corporate functions and business units to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for new and evolving IT solutions.
- Support solution design by documenting processes, workflows, system specifications, integrations, configurations, and data requirements.
- Contribute to testing activities by developing test cases and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Facilitate workshops, training, and change management activities to support solution adoption.
- Manage backlogs and work prioritization.
- Collaborate with product owners, project managers, developers, and architects across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
- Analyze and validate data to support solution design, data mapping, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance standards
- Enable adoption of enterprise applications and Microsoft 365 technologies
- Measure adoption and usage post implementation and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support users by providing training, end user technical assistance, and ongoing support in accordance with ITSM best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects
- Bilingualism (French and English) *
