- Develop, validate, and maintain project schedules in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Identify critical paths, analyze variances, and anticipate schedule risks
- Update and monitor the quality of internal and external schedules
- Lead planning reviews and challenge stakeholders' assumptions
- Contribute to schedule optimization (on-time delivery, cash flow, penalties, resources)
- Prepare progress reports and performance indicators (KPIs, earned value)
- Capture and analyze lessons learned (LL)
- Support the Contract Manager with delay analyses and schedule-related contractual matters
- Degree in engineering or another relevant field; project management certification is an asset
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in project planning
- Strong knowledge of planning methods and techniques
- Proficiency in at least one planning tool (Primavera P6, MSP, Planisware, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bilingualism in French and English required
- Knowledge of the rail or transportation industry is an asset
