The firm is seeking a Senior Architect (AIBC Registered) to lead project delivery and mentor a team of intermediate architects and technologists. This is a strategic role for a technically grounded and design-savvy architect who enjoys balancing leadership, project execution, and client engagement. You’ll work closely with senior leadership in both Vancouver and Montreal and play a key role in shaping the office’s continued growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead complex commercial, office, and industrial projects from concept through to completionOversee design development, technical detailing, documentation, and construction administrationManage project timelines, budgets, and internal resourcesCoordinate with consultants, clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveryMaintain strong client relationships and act as primary contact throughout the project lifecycleMentor junior and intermediate team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaborationIdentify project risks and address challenges proactivelyContribute to firm-wide initiatives and represent the studio in industry events and networking opportunitiesQualifications:Registered Architect with the AIBC (or eligibility in BC)8+ years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership in project deliveryStrong portfolio of work across commercial, office, and/or light industrial sectorsProven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across all project phasesDeep understanding of BCBC, VBBL, and relevant codesProficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and project scheduling toolsSkilled communicator and client liaison, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindsetWhat the Firm Offers:A well-established, design-focused studio with long-term clients and exciting projectsA strong pipeline of work across commercial and industrial sectorsCompetitive compensation aligned with 2024 market benchmarksGrowth opportunity within a newly established Vancouver officeHybrid work environment with flexibility and autonomyOngoing support for professional development and leadership trainingNext Steps
