- Lead and coach the customer service team
- Maintain team morale, workload balance, and schedule coverage.
- Manage consignment inventory, reconciliations, and invoicing.
- Troubleshoot inventory, operational, and documentation issues.
- Support the growth strategy for Yara Vita in Western Canada, including contract and order management, rebates, and tracking container delivery.
- Handle pricing uploads, discrepancies, and service chargebacks.
- Perform audits, rebate reconciliations, inventory adjustments and ensure adherence to internal controls.
- Support reporting requirements and assist with internal/quarterly audits.
- Collaborate with Sales and transportation on product position, allocation and inventory management to ensure timely delivery for shipment from the Belle Plaine production facility.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a similar industry with SAP and project coordination is preferred
