- Acting as the national portfolio champion for newly launched and emerging product lines
- Driving revenue generation by directly representing and closing opportunities across Canada
- Supporting the successful launch and integration of new technologies and infrastructure-based solutions into the broader sales network
- Partnering with regional Business Development Managers to incorporate new offerings into their territories
- Serving as the subject matter expert - understanding product functionality, positioning, pricing, and competitive landscape
- Working cross-functionally with operations to ensure product readiness, delivery, and support
- Building strategic partnerships and channels to accelerate market adoption
- Identifying and developing new market verticals, including B2C and commercial segments
- Influencing internal stakeholders and sales teams without direct reporting authority
- Traveling nationally to support customers, channel partners, and key accounts
- Proven success in business development or portfolio sales within new or emerging markets
- Experience selling infrastructure-related solutions, emerging construction equipment and technologies, green/sustainability based commercial equipment, would all be considered highly relatable experience
- Demonstrated ability to close - not just advocate - and build relationships that convert into revenue
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of marketing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- A highly adaptable “chameleon” mindset - comfortable shifting between strategy, field sales, and hands-on product engagement
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and sales networks without direct authority
- Willingness to travel nationally and be present with customers and partners
- Bilingual English/French is considered an asset
- Ontario-based candidates preferred, with periodic in-office collaboration expected
