This role will play a pivotal part in re-engineering existing processes, reducing handoffs, and streamlining workflows to deliver faster, more efficient, and customer-centric solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications
Extensive experience in banking, preferably within large-scale, complex projects in commercial banking or lending
Strong process mapping expertise, with proficiency in Visio and IBM Blueworks
Proven ability to translate observations and time studies into actionable process improvements
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
Ability to perform customer journey mapping to drive improved client experiences
Strong business acumen; able to partner effectively with business leaders and operations teams
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Exposure to tools such as Power BI or advanced analytics is a plus but not required, as this role does not involve advanced data analytics work
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Lead process improvement and re-engineering initiatives within commercial banking and lending
Partner with stakeholders across the business to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable process enhancements
Conduct time studies, observations, and journey mapping to create detailed, accurate process documentation
Develop technical process maps using Visio and IBM Blueworks
Collaborate closely with business partners to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals
Track and report on measurable benefits of process improvements
