Actively participate in the development of the quality management services business line.
Consistently executing prescribed technical procedures, safe work practices and work plans in a safe, efficient manner under all applicable regulatory requirements and contract specifications.
Generating deliverable documentation including technical reports and letters, summaries, data sheets, graphs, proposals, and qualification packages.
Responsible and accountable for the full cycle of project management activities on assigned projects.
Interacting with clients, regulators, and subcontractors regularly, including presenting and discussing outcomes with clients and project teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to carry out assignments with minimal supervision.
Participating in project management and team meetings.
Assisting with networking initiatives to develop new business and client relationships, both internally within Englobe’s various groups, and with our clientele.
Remaining current with new advancements in the industry and being flexible to travel to various locations.
Supervision of field personnel on assigned projects.

What makes you unique

Diploma in Civil Engineering or another related discipline.
C.E.T. or P.Tech. (Eng.) designation.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
Solid understanding of quality management on various civil construction projects, including geotechnical disciplines, materials testing, civil designs, and other relevant topics.
Solid understanding of civil drawings and specifications and ability to produce and understand same.
Solid understanding of the full cycle of project management activities, and ability to manage projects accordingly.
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to complex topics and concepts, working independently and as part of a team.
Ability to effectively and efficiently problem-solve, tackle new assignments and multi-task in a busy work environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to perform detailed analysis in various software programs.
Valid driver’s license required.
