- Actively participate in the development of the quality management services business line.
- Consistently executing prescribed technical procedures, safe work practices and work plans in a safe, efficient manner under all applicable regulatory requirements and contract specifications.
- Generating deliverable documentation including technical reports and letters, summaries, data sheets, graphs, proposals, and qualification packages.
- Responsible and accountable for the full cycle of project management activities on assigned projects.
- Interacting with clients, regulators, and subcontractors regularly, including presenting and discussing outcomes with clients and project teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to carry out assignments with minimal supervision.
- Participating in project management and team meetings.
- Assisting with networking initiatives to develop new business and client relationships, both internally within Englobe’s various groups, and with our clientele.
- Remaining current with new advancements in the industry and being flexible to travel to various locations.
- Supervision of field personnel on assigned projects.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or another related discipline.
- C.E.T. or P.Tech. (Eng.) designation.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of quality management on various civil construction projects, including geotechnical disciplines, materials testing, civil designs, and other relevant topics.
- Solid understanding of civil drawings and specifications and ability to produce and understand same.
- Solid understanding of the full cycle of project management activities, and ability to manage projects accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to complex topics and concepts, working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently problem-solve, tackle new assignments and multi-task in a busy work environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to perform detailed analysis in various software programs.
- Valid driver’s license required.
