- Manage restoration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
- Prepare estimates, floor plans, and documentation using Xactimate and other platforms.
- Maintain accurate project documentation in both internal and external systems.
- Secure work authorizations and deposits while ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate job activities, subcontractors, permits, and inspections for smooth project delivery.
- Communicate with clients, insurers, and stakeholders to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
- Oversee project finances, including billing, collections, and compliance with insurance/legislative standards.
- Monitor compliance with insurance requirements and legislative standards.
- Ensure job site safety by conducting hazard assessments, maintaining organized and hazard-free sites, and enforcing the proper use and care of tools, equipment, and PPE.
- Respond to emergencies to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members to support successful project execution.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract (must meet BELFOR Auto Policy requirements).
- 3+ years’ experience in Project Management (construction or restoration).
- Post-secondary education in Construction, Business, or Project Management.
- Working knowledge of building codes and regulatory agencies.
- Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, and DocuSketch.

- Standard business hours with potential evening, on-call, or extended work as needed.
- Physical tasks may include standing, lifting, walking, bending, kneeling, and working in tight or confined spaces, as well as at heights over 5 feet.
- Manual dexterity required for keyboarding, repetitive tasks, and extended computer use with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Periodic travel to job sites is required.
