- Analyze the challenges and specific needs of the insurance sector, focusing on one or more functional areas, to propose effective and sustainable solutions.
- Ensure that the proposed solutions optimally meet the requirements of stakeholders while ensuring alignment with operational needs.
- Serve as a key point of contact between project/maintenance teams and business departments, ensuring that data and functional specifications are considered throughout the project lifecycle.
