As an Account Manager you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing AV integrator and digital display partner accounts across the Greater Toronto Area. This is a 75% account management / 25% admin role in Year 1, evolving to 50% account management / 25% new business / 25% admin in Year 2, where your ability to build trusted business relationships, understand your clients' challenges, and position our client as their preferred Canadian manufacturing partner will drive your success. The company runs two divisions — Custom Fabrication and standard mounting solutions — and works closely with leading display manufacturers and AV integration partners across Canada. Industries served include healthcare, financial services, QSR, transportation, retail, and government.   • Standard wall and ceiling mounts for commercial AV and display installations
  • Custom LED framing and video wall support structures
  • Kiosks and freestanding display solutions
  • Engineered structural substructures for large-scale AV installations
  • Fully custom-fabricated mounting systems designed and built in-house from concept through production
All products are designed and manufactured in our client's CNC and laser-equipped facility in southwestern Ontario. Our client's ability to pivot quickly, deliver fast, and engineer custom solutions from scratch is a genuine competitive advantage — particularly against overseas manufacturers who cannot match the speed, flexibility, or human responsiveness that our client offers.PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS / INDUSTRY FOCUS / DECISION MAKER(S)Target clients are primarily AV integrators who specify, procure, and install digital display and AV solutions on behalf of end-user clients. The business model is integrator-driven approximately 95% of the time.Key client and partner categories include:
  • AV integration firms (primary — core of the GTA territory)
  • Leading display manufacturers — channel relationships (secondary)
  • AV consultants (involved in large institutional or government project specifications)
  • End-user accounts in banking, QSR, retail, healthcare, and government (secondary, influence-based)
Decision Makers: Purchasing departments and solutions design teams within integrator organizations. Typically 4 stakeholders are involved in the purchasing decision; sales cycles range from 1–3 months up to 12–18 months depending on account size.LEADSWarm Leads Supplied: 25% (existing account base handed over)Lists Supplied: 75% (territory account lists provided)Self-Generated: Ongoing relationship development, networking, trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and referrals through manufacturer partner relationshipsYear 1: 75% account management / 25% admin — focus is on re-engaging, deepening, and growing existing relationshipsYear 2+: New business development introduced at 25%, with account management shifting to 50% as the territory maturesTRAVELLocal day travel throughout the GTA to visit integrator clients, attend lunch-and-learns, and represent our client at client sites. Face-to-face interaction is central to how our client builds and retains business. One monthly visit to the Mount Brydges office is required. Occasional overnight travel 2–3 times per year for trade shows, supplier tours, and company training events.SUPPORT & TRAININGOnboarding: First week on-site in Mount Brydges — product training with VP of Sales, HubSpot CRM onboarding, ECI Job Boss/ERP training, facility walkthrough, and full team introductions. Estimated ramp time to active independent selling is 1–2 months.Manager Support: VP of Sales is directly accessible for coaching, strategic account guidance, and joint client visits. Small team means fast answers and real human support — not a ticketing system.Technical Support: Full in-house design and engineering team available to back you up on product specifications, custom applications, and complex project requirements. You focus on the relationship; the team handles the technical build.Ongoing Product Training: New products are introduced continuously.
