- Design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines, datamarts, and self-serve platforms using workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) and SQL-based transformations, ensuring scalability and accessibility for analysts and dashboards.
- Develop thoughtful schema designs aligned with business needs to promote consistency, maintainability, and performance across systems.
- Ensure data quality and reliability by monitoring pipeline health, troubleshooting failures, implementing fixes, and maintaining timeliness of key reporting.
- Maintain strong data governance through up-to-date documentation, testing protocols, and compliance standards for critical datasets (e.g., pipeline, forecast, SFDC, compensation).
- Integrate and maintain Go-to-Market (GTM) systems data, ensuring comprehensive coverage, high integrity, and seamless cross-platform integration.
- Implement and scale GTM analytics processes (e.g., daily reporting, NLP models) and support adoption of platforms like UnitQ to continuously monitor and leverage customer feedback data.
- Work closely with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Enablement teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Participate in agile rituals (standups, retros) and help prioritize fixes or improvements in response to user feedback or system changes.
- Partner with other analysts and engineers to learn best practices and improve overall team velocity and data maturity.
- Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to ensure the data meets end-user needs and reflects business logic accurately.
- 6-8 years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., data analyst, analytics engineer, data ops, business intelligence)
- Expertise in SQL and working with modern data warehouses (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake)
- Proficiency with ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, Databricks Workflows)
- Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, schema design, and data governance
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, good code management practices, and version control systems (e.g. git)
- Familiarity with CRM or GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Forma)
- Ability to tackle complex technical problems with little direction, willing to quickly learn and understand new technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset
- Desire to grow into a strategic data partner and own end-to-end workflows
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Superset)
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
