What's the Job?Role SummaryWe are seeking a Project Controls Specialist - Scheduler / Cost Controller to support capital projects through integrated schedule and cost control. This role partners closely with Project Managers to improve project governance, forecasting accuracy, and cost visibility while reducing administrative burden.Work Model: In-Office (Mon, Tue, Thu) | Remote (Wed, Fri)
Contract: 12 months (potential extension)
Pay-$45/hrKey Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
Monitor schedule performance and identify risks or delays
Prepare project forecasts and support monthly accruals
Review contractor billings and manage change orders
Track costs, Purchase Orders, and forecasts (e.g., Maximo)
Support multi-project environments and cost control meetings
Provide clear cost and schedule reporting to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Experience in project controls, scheduling, or cost control (capital projects)
Strong knowledge of forecasting, accruals, and budget management
Experience working in multi-project environments
Proficient with Primavera, Excel-based tools, and/or Maximo
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
