- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with third-party applications.
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce platform support, including troubleshooting, resolving incidents, and addressing enhancement requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical designs.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing Salesforce best practices, such as role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Participate in production releases, including code deployments and post-release testing, while maintaining system uptime and stability.
- Design and implement Lightning components, Apex classes, and triggers following coding standards and best practices.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
- Collaborate with QA teams to test, debug, and ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Refactor existing code to enhance performance and scalability while minimizing technical debt.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Salesforce solutions (required).
- Proven experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce API integrations (required).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform features.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (nice to have).
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset, GIT, Copado, or Jenkins (preferred).
- Salesforce Platform Developer II or Salesforce Application Architect certification (preferred).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and version control systems such as Git.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, including OAuth, SSO, and role hierarchy configurations.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues on the Salesforce platform.
