• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in woodworking is a plus.
• Experience in wood manufacturing or a similar production environment preferred.
• Familiarity with woodworking tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
