Tribe Management is part of the Tribe Property Technologies family. Together we are the sixth largest strata/condo and rental management company in Canada with offices in offices across Canada. Our Tribe Management division specializes in strata and rental management services. We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residential & mixed-use properties in our portfolio.Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all residents
- Conduct Access control
- Answering phone calls & receiving packages when required
- Interior & exterior patrols as required, including but not restricted to parking lots, stairwells, hallways, common area facilities
- Answering all resident questions
- Providing excellent customer service
- Coordinate with onsite contractors as required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be available to work afternoon/evenings
- Previous concierge experience an asset
