- Maintain accurate case files and documentation
- Connect clients with employers and community resources
- Support Métis clients with basic needs and employability
- Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other tools for communication and records
- 2+ years' experience in customer service, counselling, or related field
- Education in social sciences, HR, or career development
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; strong admin skills
- Quick to learn new tools and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a passion for client support
- Experience in case management and record keeping
