Job DescriptionWhat will you do
  • Investigate and help to resolve client inquiries and incidents
  • Provide day to day operational support by monitoring incoming incident tickets, planning and following on the resolution and remediation activities, testing application fixes and performing PIVs for deliveries by the production support team, including late night or weekends implementations when needed
  • Step into the System Business Analyst role to lead detailed design phases for small to medium projects/ programs identifying, tracking and resolving business related questions
  • Contribute to successful project completion by identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies
  • Record and follow up with the Business Community on all client impacting defects
  • Maintain Support Jira project and record and follow up on the active items
  • Work cross functionally outside the support team with business, BSA, QA and Development teams to ensure best practices & minimum client impact
  • Provide guidance and training to new members of the team
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCED?Must-have
  • Good knowledge of Jira & information sharing platforms like Confluence
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, trouble-shoot, solve client’s problems
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated use of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Effective problem identification, analytical and resolution skills. Ability to gather and analyze relevant information clearly and effectively
  • Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Sound organizational knowledge with operational mindset; including products, processes, systems and regulatory and/or client needs
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Strong organizational, data management and mathematical skills
Nice-to-have
  • Experience working with vendor applications
  • Experience supporting multiple technology stacks (e.g. Mainframe, Distributed, Cloud)
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as: Jenkins, UrbanCode Deploy, Ansible, Helios
  • Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning and Large Language Models
