- Order Management Support: Assist the team with various order management tasks, including learning about the order lifecycle from order creation across Maisons to verification. Support collaboration with brands and wholesalers by helping with order confirmations and inquiries. Gain exposure to utilizing SAP and Booster systems for daily tasks.
- Data Support & Analysis: Support the maintenance of accurate order and backorder records. Assist with processing invoices and learning about order allocation and delivery coordination with our supply chain, distribution center, and finance teams. Help compile sales data, lead times, and volumes to support team analysis and identify potential trends.
- Customer Service Learning: Learn about customer relationship management by assisting with customer inquiries and supporting the resolution of issues related to products and backorders (pre-sale, during sale, and post-sale). Understand how to build and maintain professional relationships within our dealer network.
- Inventory Assistance: Assist with monitoring inbound and outbound deliveries to support accurate inventory levels. Learn the process of placing purchase orders for specific items (e.g., straps, buckles, parts). Support the maintenance of an organized inventory system.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving SAP transmission issues.
- Partnership Exposure: Learn about vendor collaboration by assisting with communication with strap vendors regarding lead times and concerns. Support the management of intercompany goods transfers and warranty replacements.
- Process Contribution: Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Learn about ongoing process improvement initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program
- Technologically proficient with strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail
