- Expertise: 7+ years of experience in Sourcing or IT Procurement(HW, SW, SaaS and Cloud), with at least 2 years of proven success leading people. Hands-on experience managing strategic relationships and complex commercial models with Tier-1 technology vendors and hyperscalers (ie: AWS, GCP, Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
- Leadership: Proven experience managing and developing a team of 10 to 15 category managers and leaders across a global operating environment, driving alignment, performance, and stakeholder partnership at scale
- Negotiation Mastery: A track record of leading high-stakes, multi-million dollar negotiations in the IT and Consulting space
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of financial drivers (EBITDA) and how technology procurement impacts the bottom line
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Credentials: Professional certifications (SCMP, CSCP, or CPSM) are highly valued
