- Following established processes and directions, create clear and persuasive written content for assigned RFP/RFI sections, accurately addressing project-specific requirements and ensuring compliant, complete responses in a deadline-driven environment.
- Perform thorough self-reviews of written content for accuracy, clarity, flow, and alignment with project goals.Ensure that all assigned content is formatted and submitted in accordance with RFP/RFI guidelines and internal templates and instructions.
- Support and manage assigned proposal-related projects by facilitating meetings, coordinating inputs, managing timelines, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather, clarify, and synthesize input into accurate, compliant written content.
- You are highly curious, quickly grasp new concepts, and can apply what you learn to shape clear, persuasive written content from a customer’s perspective.
- You are comfortable working within structured content development and review processes and incorporating feedback efficiently.
- You have the ability to learn complex, technical information and accurately convey it in clear written content for a non-technical audience.
- You can develop a plan for your work and execute the required steps of the writing process with accountability for outcomes.
- You are detail-oriented, organized, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed professional environment.
- You value collaboration and take pride in contributing reliably and constructively as part of a high-performing team.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience in a role requiring independent execution and accountability for deliverables.
- Strong professional writing skills, including experience producing long-form written content in a business or client-facing context.
- A proven ability to coordinate and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and competing priorities.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet fixed deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity, changing inputs, and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, including working with large, structured documents; experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Smartsheet is considered an asset.
- Comfort and proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, and/or Claude, including the ability to use them responsibly, critically, and with sound judgment to support efficiency and content development while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
