If you enjoy variety, new surroundings, and the excitement of seeing parts of Ontario many people never get to experience, this is a fantastic opportunity.The Micro Surfacing General Laborer supports daily field operations for micro surfacing projects. This role involves assisting crews with site setup, material handling, equipment support, and ensuring safe, efficient worksite practices.Responsibilities

Wear, maintain, and adhere to all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist with micro surfacing operations, including site setup, traffic control support, and end-of-day cleanup.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Support the paver crew with material delivery and general labour tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Assist with temporary line painting and roadway measurements.
Follow all company safety protocols and operational procedures.

Requirements

Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
Previous road construction experience is an asset but not required.
Valid driver’s license preferred (DZ/AZ considered an asset).
