OVERVIEWThe Project Manager – EV technologies, will play an important role in the planning, coordination, and deployment of electric vehicle and charging technology projects. She/he will work in close collaboration with the EV team and with stakeholders across multiple departments and divisions within Kruger to ensure effective evaluation and execution of projects.The Project Manager – EV technologies and optimization reports directly to the Director, New technologies.ACCOUNTABILITIESProject Planning and ExecutionConduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analysis for technologies implementation.Develop comprehensive project plans considering requirements, timelines, resources, and budget.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.Monitor project progress, documents and make reports.Coordinate timely delivery and deployment of technologies.Client Engagement and Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction.Understand client requirements and develop customized deployment plans.Provide technical support during client engagements and negotiations.Address client concerns and provide regular updates.Documentation and ReportingPrepare project documentation, progress reports, and deliverables.Maintain records of activities and client communications.Generate reports on project status, metrics, and recommendations.Route feasibility assessment and optimizationConduct feasibility studies for route electrification to support decisions making on electrification.Collaborates with other services to integrate all relevant data into the identification process.Follow-up on technology performance in close cooperation with the trucks operators to propose optimization actions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or equivalentRelevant work experienceGood knowledge of EV charging technologies is an asset.LANGUAGESBilingualism essential: spoken and written (English - French)Knowledge of English is required for this specific position as Kruger deals with partners across North America and the successful candidate will be required to communicate frequently with them.
