As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will deliver strategic insights to executive leadership, and guide data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your goal will be to optimize financial performance by identifying growth opportunities, streamlining budgeting processes, and ensuring accurate forecasting. Your Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and summarize financial and operational performance against benchmarks such as prior year, prior month, budget, and forecast
  • Identify key trends, variances, and drivers to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop complex financial models and reporting tools, including KPI dashboards and business playbooks
  • Collaborate with business units to gather inputs and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Ensure FP&A reports are accurate and fully reconciled with source systems and data
  • Enhance forecasting methodologies to improve precision and alignment with business goals
  • Translate operational insights into financial impacts to guide planning and performance reviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business counterparts to foster collaboration and trust
  • Communicate financial results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across all levels
Your Skills
  • Strong accounting, reporting, and analytical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent customer service orientation and client-focused mindset
  • Skilled in issue identification, problem-solving, and committed to continuous process improvement
Your Experience
  • Post-secondary degree/certificate in Business with a focus in Finance is required
  • 3-5 years of work experience in Finance is required
