- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for shared services, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Vendor MDM, Business Licenses and Corporate Cards.
- Provide leadership and direction to teams responsible for each functional area, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and other financial transactions, while managing compliance with SOX controls and signing authority policies.
- Manage and oversee the performance of third-party offshore resources to drive process improvements, optimize resource utilization, and enhance overall efficiency in service delivery.
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies through technology utilization, establishing metrics such as SLAs and KPIs to measure performance and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, MBA) preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with significant exposure to shared services, BPO and international operations.
- Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization including senior executives; able to comfortably speak to business line managers and establish a communication cadence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring utmost integrity in financial operations.
- Strong understanding of SOX controls, compliance requirements, and financial regulations governing shared services functions.

The typical hiring range for this position is from $157,400-$206,600 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
