Location: Vancouver, British ColumbiaWhat. you will be doing:Proactive collaboration in the project team to help develop the product using your experience to help guide the team through the entire development lifecycleEnsuring code quality and governanceEnsuring engineers follow any patterns/designs set out and agreed with project leadPlanning, estimating, and contributing to the architecture, coding, and developmentRefactoring and continuous improvements of the codebasesEnsuring that technical decisions and information are communicated thoroughly to the global teamTaking responsibility for releases and contributing to the ongoing support of live appsLooking beyond pure programming, get involved with the deployment and operation of the software we build (DevOps)Delivering fair outcomes for our customers, ensuring conduct maintains a high level of professionalismWhat you must have:Strong Java experience (5+ years)Experience with LLM optimizationExperience setting ML pipelines and infrastructureExperience with Python (3+ years)Experience with AWS EC2, ECS, CDK, Lambda, S3Experience with DynamoDB and SQLExperience with using and/or configuring CI/CD pipelines.Experience building Gen AI-based applicationsKnowledge of SOLID principles and design patternsExperience working directly with clients and other project stakeholders to define and refine requirements.Strong English skills (written and verbal.)For more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
