- Perform digital and manual fingerprinting services for applicants
- Process Canadian Police Information Checks and related documentation
- Prepare clearance certificates and notify clients when certificates are ready for pickup
- Perform reception duties, including:
- Checking in appointments
- Processing applicants
- Collecting fees and issuing receipts
- Assist companies and individuals requesting criminal record information
- Respond to incoming telephone calls and client emails
- Maintain daily data sheets relating to client activity and prepare weekly reports regarding volume, revenue, and net revenue
- Assist the Branch Administrator with:
- Maintenance and control of clothing stores
- Maintenance of employee personnel files
- Perform other duties as required to meet organizational needs
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Previous experience using fingerprint equipment (strong asset)
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Strong multitasking, time management, and self-delegation skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to maintain moderately complex records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to obtain Government of Canada - Level 2 Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Previous Military or RCMP experience is considered a strong asset
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Monday to Friday
- Daytime hours (typically 0800-1600)
- Part-time hours (scheduled based on operational requirements)
- Standard office working environment
- Position is part-time, with hours varying based on business needs
