The firm is seeking an Accounting Manager or Senior Manager with at least 5 years' experience in public practice. This is a hands-on role with meaningful client interaction, file review responsibility, and staff mentorship.The firm's work is focused on:
  • Compilation engagements
  • Corporate tax for small and owner-managed businesses
  • Personal tax returns

Role Breakdown
  • 30% - Working with new clients and onboarding engagements
  • 40% - Reviewing files and meeting directly with clients
  • 30% - Mentoring staff and hands-on file preparation, including tax work
What They're Looking For
  • CPA designation
  • 5+ years' experience in public practice (10+ years is ideal)
  • Desire and aptitude to become a partner in the short to medium term
  • Interest in compilations, small business tax, and personal tax
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
  • A desire to build a long-term career in public accounting
  • Enjoys mentoring and working collaboratively in an office setting
  • Note: candidates with fewer years of experience but with the right aptitude and attitude will also be considered.
