- 7 years of experience in Sales Performance Management / Sales Incentive Compensation
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Sales Incentive Compensation
- Strong understanding of
- Sales commissions, incentives, and bonus structures
- Crediting logic, quota-based plans, and performance measures
- Sales organization structures and hierarchies
- Experience working with incentive calculation runs, validation, and reconciliation.
- Ability to analyze incentive issues and explain calculation logic clearly to business users.
- Redwood UX for CX
- Knowledge of User Roles, Privileges & Custom Roles
- Knowledge of AI Agent Studio
- Strong functional and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Oracle Fusion CX Sales, Sales Cloud, or related modules
- Experience integrating sales transaction data from upstream systems (e.g., ERP, CPQ, external sales systems)
- Exposure to reporting and reconciliation of incentives
- Experience supporting quarterly or monthly compensation cycles in production environments
- Oracle Fusion certification (Sales or Incentive Compensation) is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable engaging with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT teams
- Structured, process driven approach to configuration and testing
