Job OpportunityAdministrative Assistant - Developmental ServicesOne Full-Time Contract to March 31, 2026 (with the possibility of extension or becoming permanent)
- Location: Aurora, Ontario L4G3S9
- must be within a commutable daily distance from the office and/or service area
- Status: Contract, Full-Time
- Starting Hourly Rate: $24.08 / Hour
- Office Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, 35 Hours per week
- Office Expectations; Work in the office to provide team coverage, minimum three days per week in addition to in-office meetings, trainings, and supervisions
- Posting Closes: Friday, September 5 at 4:00 pm EST
- Business College or equivalent education
- Experience;
- Minimum of two years experience
- Has significant and progressive experience in an office environment, providing support to management and/or teams
- Strong familiarity with meeting coordination and participation, including excellent minute-taking skills
- Knowledge of community services related to developmental services
- Brings a dedicated work ethic, flexibility, strong attention to detail and understands the importance of confidentiality
- Familiarity with Webtracker a definite asset
- Familiarity with clinical databases and data manipulation considered an asset
- Second language is considered an asset
- An understanding of cultural diversity is considered an asset
- The successful applicant will be required to provide a police clearance that meets agency standards
- A valid G Drivers License, access to a reliable vehicle and adequate insurance coverage for business responsibilities, OR access to reliable transportation.
