Salary: $43.47 - $54.34 per hour (To commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN compensation policy)
Shifts: Weekdays and rotational Weekends

Closing Date: April 24, 2026Position SummaryThe Occupational Therapist (OT) is an integral member of the Occupational Therapy service, Allied Health and clinical programs in which care is provided. Through assessment, treatment, evaluation and consultation, the OT prevents, alleviates or minimizes dysfunction, enabling clients to achieve their maximum level of functional independence and facilitating their integration into the home, community and workplace.Duties
- Provide quality occupational therapy services to patients at Toronto Rehab Bickle Centre within the framework of patient centered care
- Communicate effectively with members of the inter-professional team
- Provide education to patients, their families, occupational therapy students and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, meetings, committees and quality initiatives in the Department and relevant Programs/Services
- Assist with coverage of other service areas where required. The candidate will perform all other duties as required
- Completion of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy (B.Sc. (OT)) or equivalent
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Member of Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT) and/or Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT) is preferred
- MOCA certification is preferred
- 1-2 years experience in an hospital is preferred
- Experience with psychosocial and physical health and related assessment and intervention skills addressing occupational performance
- Experience with splinting, neurological dysfunction, as well as seating and positioning is preferred
