- Develop and implement integrated 360° marketing programs across retail, on-premise, media, public relations, sponsorships, and experiential channels.
- Partner with agency teams to create breakthrough campaigns, artwork, and point-of-sale materials that stand out in a competitive market.
- Support regional marketing activation, adapting brand programs to key provincial markets.
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing on retail programming, category management, activity calendars, sponsorships, events, and training.
- Ensure all marketing activities are executed to the highest standards and deliver measurable impact.
- Contribute to the development of annual brand plans and reviews with the Senior Brand Manager.
- Partner with Sales to commercialize marketing strategies across Canada.
- Work with Consumer Insights to identify opportunities that unlock growth and manage key brand research projects.
- Monitor brand and competitive performance, including pricing, distribution, and promotional activities, and provide clear, actionable reporting.
- Manage brand A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets, ensuring accurate allocation, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness, summarizing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Share evaluation results with stakeholders and recommend strategic next steps to optimize return on investment.
- Business Acumen: Using economic, financial, and market data to understand and improve business results.
- Building Strategic Work Relationships: Possess strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop and use collaborative relationships with Sales, Customer Marketing, Brand Owners and external agencies.
- Communication skills: Excellent ability to interpret and communicate new initiatives to different audiences both internal and external and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Project Management skills: Managing a number of important projects at the same time is essential.
- Consumer understanding & insight: Ability to understand and manage research activity.
- Strategic Thinking: Superior analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex issues/problems, consider both the short-term and long-term impact of options when providing recommendations. - University degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Significant experience working within the Québec market, or managing brands tailored to Québec consumers, strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in brand strategy development, campaign execution, and budget management.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build strong internal and external partnerships.
- Experience working with the Québec market.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is preferred
