We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects within the construction industry in Toronto. This role requires expertise in managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays proactively.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and support project teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
