Offered Pay rate: 53 CAD/hr.on T4 or 57 CAD/hr. on IncorpIntroductionThis role involves working as a Business Systems Analyst within Canadian banks, focusing on Payments, Fraud, or AML domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and be skilled in data mapping, system analysis, and technology delivery practices.Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis.
- 10 years of experience in Canadian Banks in Payments, Fraud, or AML.
- Strong data mapping experience using APIs.
- Experience in creating flow diagrams.
- Proficient in defining acceptance criteria and ensuring clear requirements for Developers and QE teams.
- Advanced knowledge of system analysis processes, data flows, integrations, and ETLs.
- Experience with tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
- Experience working in Agile and User Story development.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise technology delivery practices.
- Leadership and guidance in technology requirements management.
- Work with Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements.
- Provide leadership and collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
- Lead technology requirements management for high-risk, strategic initiatives.
- Identify and resolve complex technology requirements-related issues.
