- Lead Development: Spearhead the architectural design and construction of our active and prospect customer databases to facilitate targeted marketing campaigns
- Collaborate Strategically: Partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify high-impact opportunities for leveraging enterprise data to unlock advanced marketing strategies
- Evaluate and Architect: Assess the efficacy and accuracy of emerging data sources and collection methodologies; design and implement efficient data pipelines to extract actionable insights
- Build Robust Cloud Solutions: Design, deploy, and maintain scalable data solutions utilizing cloud platforms and GCP-native technologies
- Analyze and Support: Execute complex, ad-hoc data analyses to support critical strategic business initiatives
- Communicate Insights: Synthesize complex data findings into compelling, accessible presentations tailored for all organizational levels, including executive leadership
- Provide Mentorship: Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and technical development within the organization
- Proven Leadership: Over 7 years of progressive experience leading large-scale projects that impact multiple stakeholder groups
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (specifically Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-native tools and technologies
- Database Expertise: A highly data-driven approach, complemented by extensive experience in SQL and relational database management systems such as Oracle or SQL Server
- Strategic Communication: Proven ability to answer complex business questions using data, define business outcomes, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Analytical Acumen: The capacity to navigate data ambiguity, supported by rigorous analytical skills and a strong aptitude for quantitative metrics
- Intellectual Curiosity: A demonstrated passion for investigating and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data sets
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Prior professional experience in the telecommunications industry or B2B marketing
- Proficiency in Python programming
