Resource Role Title: Organizational Change Management
Experience: 5+ years of recent experience.
Description: The Resource performing this role will play a pivotal role in shaping the communication strategy surrounding digital trust technologies and governance practices. The Resource will be a skilled communicator that is able to convey complex technical concepts clearly and engage with stakeholders at all levels. The Resource will develop materials in several formats, including web content and website management, presentations slides, videos, visual graphics, etc. including work to support the organizational implementation and transition of business process, organizational change and system changes, including defining the change, planning and execution, documentation, training and coaching.
Competencies:
1. Experience in communications roles, ideally in IMIT and/or digital technologies.
2. Experience working with cross-functional agile teams and policy teams to translate and communicate concepts and key messages.
3. Experience liaising with various levels of officials (both executive and operational) within a public sector environment, including communications leads within the public sector.
4. Experience writing about technical and non-technical concepts for a variety of audiences including executives, the general public and digital service teams.
5. Experience with iterative software development, on public sector projects.
