- Prepare clear, well-organized year-end working paper files for Compilation and Review engagements.
- Participate in audit and review assignments by completing fieldwork and assembling required documentation.
- Prepare corporate, personal, and trust tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with clients to gather essential information and assist in resolving routine inquiries.
- Support managers and junior staff on ad-hoc assignments and special projects.
- Ensure all deliverables meet firm expectations, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- 1–3 years of experience in a public accounting practice (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Progress toward a CPA designation (an asset).
- Strong understanding of ASPE, ASNPO, and Canadian tax.
- Proficiency with CaseWare, CaseView, TaxPrep, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
